DeMera DeMera Cameron is looking for experienced professionals to join our team as we continue to grow. We have been providing outstanding accounting services to clients since 1944 and are well known as one of the largest and most respected CPA firms in the Central Valley. This is a full-time Front Office Coordinator role located on-site in Fresno, CA at DeMera DeMera Cameron, LLP. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, office administration, receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service daily.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Maintain Front Lobby
  • Managing Daily Emails and Faxes
  • Managing Client appointments, conference room, and calendars
  • Billing and Finance Charges/Statements
  • Delivering Tax Returns (electronically, by mail, or in person at the front desk) (portal, electronic organizers, emails/share files, paper worker papers)
  • Maintain Conference Room and Break Rooms
  • Backup for Assembly Room

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and office administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
